Shipping policy

All orders ship out from our location in Vancouver, BC. Canada. All orders placed before 12pm PT will ship out the same business day (Mon-Fri), otherwise they will ship out the following business day.

During checkout, you'll be presented with options for how you'd like your order shipped to you.

  • Local Pickup in Vancouver- Your order will be available for pickup at 1617 E 5th Avenue, Vancouver BC between 9am - 5pm. Please schedule a time by texting to 7788583021.

 

  • Standard Lettermail (Singles Only) - Your order will ship out via Canada Post using regular Lettermail service. This option does not provide any tracking numbers or insurance and is to be used at your own risk. It should only be used for orders of 1 - 4 cards. Typical delivery time ranges from 3-15 business days. Note that when used this option with the Shop App, the order status may not move to "Shipped" despite having being shipped, as Shop relies on tracking numbers to update this status properly.

 

  • Canada Post Registered Bubble Mailer - Your order will ship out via Canada Post Registered Mail (tracking number will be provided) and will have Canada Post Liability coverage up to $100. Typical delivery time ranges from 2 - 4 business days. 

 

  • Flat Rate Box: your order will ship out via Canada Post Flat Rate Box and will have Canada Post Liability coverage up to $100. Local shipping takes 1 to 2 days, regional delivery takes 1 to 4 days, and national cross-country shipping takes 2 to 8 days. Remote or northern locations require 6 to 14 days.

 

For trackable shipping options, a tracking number will be provided via email to you and will also be available in your account's order status page. Note that it may take a few hours for tracking information to be updated by the provider.

Orders with a pre-tax value of $250 or more will be presented with a FREE Flat Rate Box option.
